Sham agent

The agent was only interested in making money. She did not follow through with a handover to new owners - which caused a Eskom problem which cost us occupational rent plus a lock smith plus the new owners having to pay a reconnection fee. I also ended up paying a levy for a month when I left 2 weeks early.
