And to prove it all, we got hold of a quote sent to her prior to our accepted Offer where repairs to R100 000 worth of latent defects was quoted on to repair by a Masterbuilder - with only one of those 10 defects ever disclosed to us. The ******* gas installations allowed us to exit the agreement but at considerable legal and personal cost. A report was submitted to the EAB but they can only do so much. The Principle of this Agency did nothing to resolve the situation and tried blowing the blame back on us. They are a despicable group and the actions in our case may still be *****. Investigations are ongoing but this lot will continue to cause damage if people have anything to do with them. Steer well clear!!
