homes for all - poor workmanship

I bought a house from property developers ; Homes for all, moved into the house around November 30th. The geyser pipes went lose, causing a leak and subsequent flooding inside the house. this 'leakage ' occurred 3 times. the third time it happened I called my.insurance as homes for all was nowhere to be found. Insurance declined the claim, stating poor workmanship as I had only lived in the house for under two months. Ttoday I came back home from work to find my house flooded again. Again, Homes for All does not have Emergency personnel on standby. BAD WORKMANSHIP COST ME MY HEALTH AND MY TIME TODAY as I am now lying in bed with a sore back and elbow after slipping and falling from the wet floor. I'm very disappointed and will never use their services again or reccommend their services to anyone.
