Terrible rental agency , ********

Terrible rental agency , They have been giving me a run around for my deposit. It turns out the owner of the agency is an agent as well. It turned our while I was serving my notice in the property the toilet leaked reported the matter to the agent / owner he sent through a plumber , Plumber checked everything and advised that the leak is due to a cracked Cistern which he confirmed that it’s due to wear and tear anyway the property is in an complex that’s not maintained at all . Now when it’s time for me to be refunded my deposit the agent is charging me for the broken cistern claiming I broke and charging me 1880 for a 2nd hand cistern . Only gave them 1 star purely because the system would now allow me to proceed any further.
