Good day

We are staying at 43 Moorcraft street, krugersdorp west. We only stays there for a year now. Since the time we have moved in this property , the home owner which is staying next to me Mr Herholt *** he advised that all the problems of maintenance on the property will be fixed. Every month they come with stories. Since the heavy rain we received , we have experience a lot of problems, the roof which leaks in, the drain is blocked and no proper waterflow. Their is always water up to the front door when you walk out you step into water. The ground is heavy unlevel. The dining room wall is so cracked one heavy bumped and it will fall. the wall inside is raining is and causes damp. We cannot even put washing on the line as their is so many mud. Our contract expired now on the 15 of March and the owner wants us to be out that same day by 12h00 due to the fact that they dont want to renew the contract , properly because they don't want to fix the property as promised. What is our rights to this , cause clearly within that time how are we suppose to get another place to stay and to move as well . Can they as owners do this. And if we dont move they will cut off our electricity, but we are prepaid and our water supply. How can they do this??
