DENON DRA - 800 H RADIO

Good day, I had a problem with my Denon DRA-800H which is still in its warranty period. The radio just stops working. I Phoned the Suppliers Bentley Acoustic where i purchase the radio. Talked to the guy who sold the radio to me by the name Vaughn, but he was not interest in assisting me any further. ***) I got hold of a person by the name Cashar at Homemation and he suggest putting my problem on paper. TEL: ***). So far after 2 emails nothing has happened, and nobody respond to my email although I received a send/read reply on my email. Is there anybody who can assist me or contact me at least!
