Poor Developement company
By far worst experience i have ever had with a developement and has put me off ever going for a developement again!! The lies they tell you the poor management of the project and company is absolutely shocking! You will wait almost 2 years for your place to be built with lies after lies and in the end will not respond to your emails when there is still items owed on your place!

20 Jun 2023, 13:49WITHOUT PREJUDICE: Hello there everyone. Mr. Vernon Gibson is attempting to claim items which were not contractually agreed to. He is trying to claim items which were clearly advertised included up to end January 2021, which were not included (again clearly advertised) in March 2021 when he signed the agreement. His last recourse therefore is to post negative comments about our company here. We nevertheless wish him well, and we are happy we could deliver a house to him with over 30% CG by the time we handed him the keys.

20 Jun 2023, 14:07Please explain to me what items I am claiming for that were only advertised then??? Myself and my wife sat in that office and everyone said if the purchase was above a certain amount a picket fence would be included!! I have the page that was provided on the day showing picket fence!! Do not come with false information, we were promised a picket fence like many other people still waiting! Please explain why it took almost 2 years to build my place??

20 Jun 2023, 15:24Also don't come about posting negative comments instead ask why! Cause I have sent numerous emails asking when this picket fence will be installed with no response from anybody! I was last told it will be done when there is enough houses finished for it! But at this rate when will that be?? Another 2 years? I get no response to my email enquiries about it so that's why I posted! Also I am not a person to claim things that aren't owed to me, myself and my wife were told to our faces by Kezia and Xoli at that office when we signed we would get a picket fence because our build is over a certain amount. We have the paper showing the deal! I would not make this nonsense up because i would have to be dealing with homely again which I am tired of!
