Just another complaint about a company i wont recommend to anyone who wants to build a house

I wish we could change rating the 0 stars. After fighting for months to get our house; there were many things wrong. The plastering inside is uneven, the windows and sliding door wasn't sealed correctly so when it rained, the windows leaked. The outside lights did not work and the toilets were not flushing. The windows are skew (god alone knows how that is possible). We need to build a wall but we need the plans for our house in order to submit the request as per the HOA, now Homely has the audacity to want to charge us for the plans of our house!!! To put this as plainly in my home language JULLE IS *****S.
