Homely Homes Jeffreys Bay delaying build even though received funds for build

I entered into a building Contract with Homely Homes. Their Attorneys have paid them the full Contract price and my home is only maybe 50% complete. I believe other clients are sitting with the same problem. I am getting excuse after excuse with regard to the date of occupancy and delays in windows and doors being installed. Please help and inform other perspective buyers. What I cannot understand is how their Attorneys can present me with the Progress payment request, when the Developers were not at that stage of completion. Or they drew for that specific work to be carried out months ago, at least 3 months ago, and the work has not been done. What action can I take. Can you help? Kind regards
