Poor customer service

A very terrible customer service, I have negative feedback experience which I don't even recommend anyone to buy the furniture with them in future especially when you are out of their province, this company is based in JHB their address is Corner Brand Road and Swart Drive, President Park, Midrand, Johannesburg. The Boss is a big **** the admin lady is a **** too and a very rude most customers complain about her, I bought a furniture with them last year December paid cash including delivery fee they were suppose to deliver after a week but they failed and decided to arrange my own transport at my own expenses from JHB to DBN. And guess what they gave the driver a wrong furniture after I have requested them to make sure they double check my order before they dispatch it. Worse part the other furniture has a factory fault when I tell them they told me it was broken on the way. They also promised to replace the wrong furniture with the one I was wanted it's been two weeks now nothing is happening, mind you they don't even bother to update. I'm the one who always check they just don't care about customers many customers complaining about their poor service on delivery. So I asked them not bother and arrange to send that furniture anymore I don't need it. They now refusing to refund me my delivery fee yet they agreed to that they will refund after 10 days today it's been three weeks nothing came through these people are ******** they are now ignoring my SMS on WhatsApp even the Boss of the company. I want my money back.
