Will they or won't they? That is the question 😂

Currently going through it, horrible customer service, I paid R13900 for a platform bed It was supposed to be delivered a day ago I waited all day and called them only for them to answer in the evening and not even be bothered to give a sincere apology or an explanation. They said they will call me this morning but did not until I called them, then said they will email me with details on when they will deliver by close of business today and they did not, I call no answer.

Hold on to your sit's on this one I will be back with an update If they do not deliver or refund me this week then it's on, I more than prepared to go to consumer complaints, small or medium claims court, twitter, Facebook or even open a ***** case with the police I am all in.

Anyways be very careful buying anything from this company they don't respect your business, I will be back with am update later this week
