Poor service from Homelift craft

I paid for 2 in 1 mirror shoe rack which was 2499 and delivery 500 Total 2999) on the 15th of May 2024, I waited for delivery for weeks. No communication from Homelift craft, I would make follow-ups and the response would be it's on the way. On the 24th June I requested a refund and I was told it'll be processed for 7-10 working days, this week I made a follow-up again still not getting any joy from this company. I recently requested proof that they've processed my refund still nothing from them. Homelift craft lacks customer care and don't respect consumers.
