On the 9th of June 2023 I purchased a Christin Combo from Homelift Crafts which I paid R6579.00 this amounts includes R6000 of the Combo which consists of a coffee table and a tv stand the R579 was for delivery. They then confirmed on the on the 12th of June and sent me my invoice of which I had made a mistake when I was purchasing the items as I wrote Gauteng instead of Western Cape they then charged me an extra R1020 for delivery as they said the total amount for delivery outside Gauteng is R1600, they then said I can pay the R1020 upon delivery of the items.

They sent me an invoice on the 12th of June and promised to deliver the items after 10-15 working days. They then kept quiet, I called them on them on the 4th of July to ask about the delivery, the guy said they had a delay with packaging and that I must and that the items will dispatch on the same day. I then again asked them on the 10th as I was now on holiday and was informed that the items have not yet been delivered.

The guy then said that there were challenges and some items broke. Mind you I am the only one calling them they do not communicate whatsoever. I then asked for my refund on the 10th they said it will take 7-10 working days. At this point I did not understand how money they got instantly will take so much days while they failed to deliver. After asking them so long for my money they gave me a refund of R1020 on the 25th of July. Which was the delivery outstanding money that I had to pay. I then asked them they said they did a mistake and and that they will pay the outstanding balance which was now R5559.00 I have been waiting ever since for my money. Kept making promises to pay up until today I haven’t received a cent from them. I am still waiting for my balance of R5559.00
