High laybye cancellation fees

I laybyed some goods from them and now I had to cancel the layby due to unforseen circumstances. To my shock these guys are charging a whole 39% on laybye cancellation fees, that's a lot. And to make matters worse they don't share this info on their website, you only get to know about it when you want to cancel the layby... that's a *******.
