Homelicious false advertising.

I ordered a couch advertised on their website and it was supposed to be delivered with 2 bamboo standard pillow cases also advertised on their website. Firstly for about 4 days everyday they were "coming" to deliver on that day and for that 4days I was waiting and unable to move and no one would call to tell me they would no longer come I was making constant follow ups. When they finally delivered on the 6th of April the couch was nothing like the picture and they didn't bring the bamboo pillows and I had already paid for both. The delivery guy made a call and said I would receive a refund for the pillows and it's now the 21st of April I have not received any refund nor any response to my messages. The couch was an L-shape (4 seater) and the L shape part seemed and felt older than the other 2 seater on the other side it didn't even have cushion. The couch was uneven like it really came from 2 different sets of the same couch (one new and one old) you could see it by just looking the couch was brand new and uneven and one seat right in the middle is higher than the entire couch. I'm very disappointed because I just moved into a new apartment and was planning on getting all my furniture items from them.
