Violation of POPI

Called me again today in violation of POPI Act, trying to sell me Miway insurance and I am NOT interested. The call centre agent said his name was John. This keeps happening and I had previously asked for my personal information to be deleted from their systems, but it has clearly not been done and the calls are becoming more frequent. John’ said he would make sure it was now done. I will report the company to the Information Regulator should I get any further approaches. Very negative and unprofessional conduct and reflects badly on your brand and that of Miway
