Homegroup Estate: Unresponsive Estate Manager

<div>Homegroup Estate Management is the responsible estate manager for the sectional title complex in which I own a property and live. The Director is the estate manager for my complex. Chantel is being unresponsive with respect to a number of legitimate queries I have sent her - replicating a pattern that had emerged in 2017. In late 2018, subsequent to an intervention by a new chairperson, she became more responsive and solution focused. Unfortunately that chairperson stepped down and in the context of tensions around a dispute application concerning the current chairperson and trustees I have sent to the Ombud, the old pattern has re-surfaced: while some of my queries and requests for information are attended to, others are ignored or take numerous requests before they are either acknowledged or addressed. A most unsatisfactory state of affairs.&nbsp;</div>
