<p>Homegate Properties last year, 2016, took over the management of a property that I have in Centurion. From the start I had problems that the rent is late, levies not paid and the owner, Marlize du Toit never answers the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>It came to a point where I had to pay in over R5000 in arrears levies that was never paid over and I also did not receive my rent payment for number of months. In the end I was unable to get hold of this woman. Her office address is her home adress and the house was locked up when I went there.</p> <p>I have subsequently moved agents.</p> <p>Do not use this agent and avoid this individual at all cost.</p>
