Non existing property Agency

I was looking for a place to rent in midrand and came accross a listing done by homefound. Sheryl asked me to make a payment of R300 once done I should send tge proof of payment then she will set up a viewing appointment. I paid the money but the owners of these apparent homes dont answer their phones and I still dont have a home to view or appointment. I have handed this over to my lawyers and I have opened up a ***** case against them. This is the second so called renting agency that did this to me and I have decided not to let this one slip.
