Pathetic Customer Service!

What a pathetic experience!! We bought and paid for a refrigerator 2 months ago and have been waiting to receive it ever since. At that point we were told that it would take about a week. We have been calling ever since with the manager having no idea what's happening in his own store. Finally after calling every single day the sales rep told us that unfortunately the supplier doesn't make it anymore so we can pay extra or cancel it. PATHETIC!
