Zero customer service

I purchased a blanket from them last weekend and received an email confirming my order. Further advised that I will receive my delivery with 10 days. My problem is that my phone got damaged 2 days ago (loadshedding).I cannot leave the house just in case they come! I have sent dozens of emails but no response. When I track my order it says out for delivery since Wed/2 days ago. No responses, no communication. I am disappointed as someone referred me to them. Customer service? zero
