Your driver going the Extra Mile
Good Day, I just need to review your driver Mogamat. I phoned your Customer Service to enquire about a delivery that was out for me. They could not assist me with any. They did not even try to go the extra mile to assist me. So I decided to contact a number that delivered a parcel for me on Sunday, 10 February. Mogamat told me that he does not have my package yet but he will find out where the package is. He always kept me informed. Mogamat told me that he is going to fetch my package for. Last night I received a sms that my order would be delivered today, and 09h00 I had my package in my hands.
Thank you so much Mogamat for going the extra mile.
