Yet another unauthorised debit order

I recieved an unauthorised debit order last month for R651, which I had to reverse. I then emailed for my details to be removed, this month I get another unuathorised debit on a different account number for double the amount.

Given the amount of people this is effecting this must be some sort of issue with homechoice, and they need to fix this asap
