I have paid up my account in 2018 which I never missed a payment paid it in due time The issue is I had to fight to get a paid letter which I did receive and I was informed that it would get removed from credit record this was in 2018 ,we are in 2021 but the damn account is still reflecting as an active account this hindering me in purchasing a house decreasing my credit score all because of HOME CHOICE not doing what they had promised which was back in 2018.
