Wrongly accused of an account that i dont know about

In 2013 i was sent a letter of overdue account from home choice. I then responded through email that i do not have any account with home choice and i have never had one with them. I kept on receiving calls insisting that i should pay, of which i asked them to send an agreement of application of account as proof. They never sent me one, instead they asked for the following documents from me ; id copy with 3 signatures and affidavit and send them to ********** I did everything but still they denied receipt of the documents of which i had to drive to Randburg VVM offices and handed the documents to Sarah. After that i thought the matter was settled, this year on the 6th of february 2018 i received a call from some rude lady demanding settlement of home choice account which i do not have and i have never opened an account with them. I am sick and tired of this matter and i dont want my name to be dragged in the mud. Attached is all the documents that i sent to them trying to clear my name but they dont want to.
