Wrongfully wronged

Dispite the fact that I disputed the account opened on my name **********ly since last year 2018 where Lee-Ann Peterson promised that it will only take 21days for Homechoice ***** Department to investigate the matter but till datee their investigation is still not concluded. I made several follow ups through phone and email without getting what is happening with their investigation. Dispite the effort I made to clear my name, Homechoice listed me with ITC. Please advise me on what to do to clear my name.
