Wrongful listing , *****

I hate home choice since 2010 someone opened an account with my id number , took goods worth R8000 and when I call homechoice to state my fact that it's a *****. They take me to pillar to post , I have done affidavit to state that I don't know that debt. I can't get help. I contacted their ***** department but still no help. The said part is am working in finance industry I can't find any job , since their listing on my profile at credit bereau . Am not working how can I pay such money , when I even went to their store at Pretoria with no luck. I hate home choice with passion. Am tired home choice since I can't find work because of your wrong listing .what must I do I really need help .
