Wrongful Blacklist with credit bereau

About 2 years ago I discovered that Homechoice blacklisted me for a ********** account I knew nothing about. After fighting with them I was told by Cherne Onlong from their ***** department, last year April that she would get my name removed and even sent me an email confirming. I was shocked to find out this past Wednesday that my name is still listed.

I have sent them emails and they don't bother answering. I don't know if this ill treatment is because of I am black because I'm definitely sure if it was a white none of this would be happening. I now need to open an account and I cant, I'm stuck. They just destroying my life while i have never even bought their stinking blankets!
