I place a 5 piece comforter set online, and when I got the delivery it was missing the two standard pillowcases, I was told I need to submit an affidavit that the order was incomplete, and I was give the option to return the order or get a refund for the standard pillowcase and I choose to return the entire order. The order was collected on the 3rd of August and it is now the 26th of August and I still haven't been refunded. I sent many emails to them and I was told the order hasn't arrived at their warehouse, It's been more than 3 weeks since the order was collected and they have now stopped responding to my email. There is always something going wrong everytime I place an order with me.
