So, I had a review taken down because my complaint was premature. HC was well within their delivery timeframe a few days ago. A few days later, now over their delivery timeframe, I still have no delivery, no comms from HC or courier to confirm delay. The only communications I am getting from them is to defend themselves from my review.

Do yourself a favour, walk in with your money and and walk out with your goods from HC else you will freeze in winter only for your blankets to be delivered in summer. Dont exepect any calls or updates from them. Only update you will get is from a tracker which will always tell you your parcel has been packed. Yeah, very helpful, thank you very much.

What surprises me is HC started this online business over a decade ago if not 2. They were way ahead of time and suddenly their standards dropped suddenly.
