Wrong product delivered!!
I am mot pleased at all with Homechoice and the service i have received,had ordered a Defy brand fridge and a wrong brand was delivered to my home (27/01). Same day of the delivery called customer service and was promised the product will be fetched till date the product is still at my home worse of all a deduction from my acc was done yesterday, which means im paying for a product that i dont have and plus my home is a storage for Homechoice. Been calling the customer service was advised to WhatsApp them with pictures of the product and i did just that but still no progress with my case. I am so not pleased with you guys at the moment.

Im so glad that at last the incorrect product that was delivered to home was fetched on Friday (19/02),was not happy at all with the whole process thou, had to review on Hellopeter for the matter to be resolved, after non stop calls to customer care with no luck. However im happy, hope to receive my new delivery soon and that it the correct product.
