Wrong package

I bought bedding from homechoice last year early December, after i opened the package i saw it was the wrong size so i then contacted them before 14days and they responded telling me that a consultant will call me back we have been trying to contact them since then and they keep on saying a consultant will call us.They send messages about the payment and we've been explaining our problem but still nothing has changed.Today they sent a message stating that they will handover my account to the lawyers.Till today the package is at my home and I'm not willing to pay for a wrong package, I'm very disappointed because i have been a loyal customer for years. Kindly help me immediately
