Wrong orders and Bullying the elderly. You disgust me!!

You disgust me Homechoice. It makes me sick to my stomach to see how you bully the elderly - shame on you. Your *********** call centre agents keep phoning my 74 year old mother demanding money that she doesn't owe. Some time ago you got my mothers order wrong and sent her items she did not order. She had to return the items by mail at her own expense and till today you have not reimbursed her for her expenses, but instead your call agents act all stupid and ******** after all the relevant documentation was emailed to an address you provided. But instead they would call her almost every week demanding money when her account is paid up. Now I have to use my time to try and resolve this issue because YOUR *********** call agents don't do their work. So by the way, my hourly rate is R850 - are you going to pay me for my time trying to resolve your issues?
