WRONG ORDER DELIVERED

My boss bought a Jennifer Quilt set a week or 2 ago to her surprise a Jennifer bedding set was delivered, she's been calling trying to get somebody to fix this mess but no one came to this day, how can you bring a wrong order when the damn thing is done online just by a click, send somebody to collect it and refund her money back as she to go and buy it else where it was a gift for a birthday.
