wrong order delivered

I ordered a samsung galaxy tab A 8'' on the 07/06/2021 as a gift for my child's birthday. Today, I received a Huawei Y5 instead. the driver just dropped the parcel of at reception and left after me clearly telling him on the phone to ask for me at reception. I then called homechoice and told them I received the wrong item, only for them to tell me they will ask the driver to collect it however, they could not confirm when and also could not confirm when i will receive what i actually ordered. Customer service as homechoice is pathetic! they do not respond to mails! they will only dispatch your order after you call them and threaten to cancel, and still they send you the incorrect item. i have not received any call backs regarding this issue. do not sign up with homechoice, they are only good at disappointing!!!
