Wrong number harrassment

For the past two weeks I get at least 2 to 3 phone calls a day looking for a domestic lady that worked for me 5 years ago, I have numerous times requested to please take me off the calling list, this is not her number but they keep on calling and 90% of the time the phone is put down on their side when I try to explain this is not her number. They even called me on a Sunday at 12:32, surely there must be a way to get them to stop! I have never given permission to be contacted.
