Worst shop to open an account with, bad costomer service and a bunch of ****mers

Home choice is the worst, my account has been de*****ed last year, I saw an email saying they were dispatching goods I immidiately called to ask them not to dispatch anything since I'm not the one who ordered, well the consultant said they were redirecting the goods back to the storeroom, o called days later to confirm if they have redirected the goods, they then said the goods were deliverd, I asked for the address they sent the goods too they gave me my old address, I told them that I had updated that address 6months ago, I then reported ans opened a ***** case they never responded from last year August, the ***** department never answers my calls or emails, my credit record is stuck because of this I can't buy a car or a house on credit because of homechoice workers are ****mers, this was clearly an inside job, personally I wouldnt advise anyone to open an account with homechoice it will ruin your name, it has the worst customer service ever, I'm definately taking this matter to credit ombudsman, I have given u enough time to resolve this but u are failing, or even better I'm taking this shop to skhipha ama files in moja love because they are a bunch of *****stars
