Worst service you will ever experience

I am not even going to waste my energy explaining my issues here because Homechoice hires the most inexperienced stuff that do not know anything about customer service. They will the cut calls before they even answer them. Simphiwe asked me to resubmit proof which I had done twice already , and asked me to check the number that I faxed to , while i was busy checking he cut the call. He refused to give me his surname telling me that he is the only Simphiwe at customer service , something that he clearly knows nothing about. when I called again the next person told me that she does not know Simphiwe and asked me to hold for the supervisor , I held until I could not hold anymore.<br> <br> I will never buy anything from Homechoice again ever this is not the same time that i am experiencing issues with .
