Worst service i have ever received

I have recently opened an account with Homechoice in hopes of buying a pair of shoes on credit, in the beginning I was told that my ESTIMATED credit is R4000 Then after sending in all necessary documents I was told that I have credit for R2200, The shoes I attempted to order were R35 per month and came up to about R400, now I don’t know if my math s****s are very poor but 400 seems a lot less than 2200. I called in 3 Times yesterday, first call the lady was extremely rude and not helpful what so ever and spoke to me as if I’m her pet dog, Second call was put down in my ear after asking if I could give her my reference number and third call the lady was seemingly helpful but also ended up not being helpful at all.
