Worst service from Homechoice

In May 2023 I purchased a Bennett Heater from Homechoice which got to my disposal with scratches. I escalated the matter to them, a lady called me and received my complaint but till now has never gotten back to me. I also sent pictures to their Facebook page, no response till now. Yet I'm still paying for it. Pathetic!!!!!
