Worst service from Homechoice

See me order anything from homechoice, I'm done yooh.. Since I placed an order on the 1st of Aug.. On the 09th I received smses the whole day saying they'll deliver my order but to date I have not received it.. I'm calling them to make an enquiry about my order and I'm just being taken from pillar to post. I sent an email about my order and didn't get any response.. Worst part is nobody is giving me any information about why my order was not delivered and I was also not provided with a number for the courier company so I can enquire with the... Homechoice is the worst.. I'll never ever order anything again from them
