Worst Service ever. Of second hand ******* products.

<p>This one of the WORST companies ever....... I bought 2 double reclining couches from them Cash !!!!!!! But after 11 months it's falling apart , and they told me it's because of "Abuse" . And will not repair or replace them. Although they said it has 1 year Warranty and 5 years factory Warranty. They don't even get back to you in regards to this matter. You have to call in and hold on forever and then even they can't put you through to a person in charge to sort this out ..... one of the ****** worst companies ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
