Worst service ever

I have been trying to call Homechoice to sort out an incomplete delivery, 2 weeks later I am still stuck with an incomplete base set. worst part is that their customer service agents now hangs up on me. they are rude and have an I don't care attitude. The best thing that can happen for me right now is for this company to come and fetch their goods and we part ways. I am fed up with their customer service.
