Worst Service Ever
Placed my order on 6 March. Today is 22 March. Still NOTHING. No delivery, no update, no courier details. Every time I call, the agents repeat the same useless line: “It’s with the courier.” Yet they can’t even tell me who the courier is.
I’ve sent emails—no reply. Zero accountability. Zero customer centricity. This is unacceptable.
Homechoice: CANCEL my order and REFUND my money immediately.
To everyone else: stay far away from this *** company. They take your money and leave you hanging.
