Worst service ever

Homechoice has got to have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. From the phones not being answered or the call getting dropped, to emails being responded to after weeks (with a lousy response anyway). I sent an email over a month ago to change my cellphone number and address and a month later, no response. Even when I emailed *** or *** nobody responds. I would now like to close my account but it's impossible as the phones keep getting dropped.
