Worst service ever

I am very dissatisfied with homechoice and it's service. My husband and I has previously ordered with no problems but this time they have proved their bad service. The call centre agents are very ***********. Everytime I call they just ****** up my order. Been battling for 3 weeks with an order. Will definitely not recommend or buy from them again.
