WORST SERVICE AND FURNITURE FROM HOMECHOICE

I am so appalled at the service that I have received from Homechoice . I bought a Gomma Gomma Couch from them in August and within a few weeks , their Ottoman was already broken.

Part of the couch itself doesn't even have foam and you can actually feel the wood on the Armrests .

The Ottoman was collected in September and even today , I haven't heard anything about it .

Last time I spoke to them they said they will check on their floor for the same couch and replace it , but its been 3 weeks and I am still waiting. Every time I follow up, they say we escalating, but nothing ever happens.

Do yourselves a favor and never buy furniture from Home choice
