Worst service!!!!
If there was a 0 star I would have rated them with one unfortunately there wasn't. In my entire life I have never been disrespected by an entitled call center agent who believes that the first language in South Africa is Xhosa making her and her fellow colleagues feel that everyone must be spoken to in Xhosa..... To get a peace of mind from this freakishly behavior I have blocked homechoice and closing the account immediately!!!!!!!!
