Worst experience of my life

First of all i did not even put an order but their sales agent called and decided to send stuff and i paid fine until i couldn't and my account was handed over to Extenal debt collectors ofwhich i ended up settling in 2018 and got my paid up that i did send to homechoice but surprisingly i still get calls from EDC's regarding this account, so I'm owing you guyz till i die or what
