WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YET!!!
I want to update my info on the website so I click on the "call me back" .... 2 seconds my phone rings and I am speaking to this Lady explaining that I placed an order and I would like to change my details because I used them about 6 years ago and the information that they have is incorrect . She asks me all these questions which I answered then she asks me what is my old work telephone number and I tell her that I cant remember it was 8 Years ago .. She was so rude when I asked her to just hold so that I can check the number then she dropped the phone in my ear !! I phoned back the next person didn't even let me finish explaining what I need then she cut me off by saying please send an email .
The back ground is so noisy you can hear laughter , I understand its Friday but I am a customer and if they treat all the people the same I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YET !!!!
